CROSSFIT

Focus on a warm-up followed by strength and conditioning training followed by a WOD (workout of the day) which combine elements of cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, core training and more to give you a well-rounded fitness session that delivers amazing results. Members only. Newbies welcome to trial.

If you haven’t heard already, HYROX is a fitness competition taking the world of fitness by storm. Although it’s a mass event, it gives the everyday gym goer their own race to train for and we’re here to help. Even if you don’t want to compete and want to improve your cardio, this class is for you.

Strength and Conditioning class for 8-14yr olds wanting to start their own CrossFit Journey. Build Strength, Flexibility and Improve fitness.

JUNIOR

Nail those core gymnastic movements, improving your technique and be able to control your bodyweight through a soil gymnastic program.
