Is CrossFit Suitable for Me ?CrossFit is suitable for everyone from senior members simply looking to maintain their independence through to athletes in their prime aiming to achieve the highest levels of physical fitness. It is unlike any other workout you have tried. It takes the best of all sports and training systems and combines them into a single package. We believe in making people the best version of themselves. This means improving a person’s ability to perform the daily activities required in life. From carrying shopping to shoveling snow, we’re focused on improving functional fitness. All our coaches are dual qualified in personal training and CFl1 or CFL2 so they have a broad understanding of training methods.

Is HYROX Suitable for me?HYROX is a competitive, indoor fitness event combining running with functional exercises. It bills itself as “The World Series of Fitness Racing”. A HYROX competition is made up of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times (meaning 8km run in total, plus 8 functional workouts). It requires strength, speed, power and endurance and is a fantastic test of overall fitness. There are a variety of categorisations which, amongst other things, makes it an event suitable for a range of physical abilities. Can Anyone Compete in a HYROX Event? HYROX is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Most people with a base level of fitness can safely and easily complete the exercises.

Will I be tied into a long contract?Our memberships are on a rolling monthly contract, so if people don’t use the gym they can cancel. This means we’re invested into motivating our members to utilise the gym as often as possible. We actually want to see our members get fitter and healthier. We care about people over profits. We make our memberships affordable and flexible and encourage people to progress and keep attending classes.
